Village of Rib Lake Residents
Home Improvement Funds Available
The Village of Rib Lake has housing rehabilitation funds available to assist income-eligible homeowners to make major housing repairs. This includes items such as windows, exterior doors, shingles, siding, insulation, furnaces, wiring, plumbing and other major home repairs.
Owner-occupied housing repair funds are available through the Village in the form of a zero percent interest, deferred payment loan. These loans are also available to help renters purchase a home by providing funding for a portion of the down payment and certain closing costs.
