Please take notice that the Village Board of Trustees, Village of Rib Lake, Wisconsin, will meet in regular business session at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, November 12 th , 2025, in the Community Meeting Room at 655 Pearl Street. The following agenda is announced:

-Consider approval of minutes of previous meeting. (October 8th , 2025)

1. Consider renewal of a Fire Truck Replacement CD.

2. Consider renewal of an Insurance Deductible CD.

3. Discuss and consider changes to Ordinance 9.10.010 – Throwing or shooting missiles or projectiles prohibited when.

4. 7:00 p.m. – Public Hearing regarding the 2026 proposed General Fund Budget.

5. Consider adoption of the 2026 Proposed General Fund Budget Summary.

6. Consideration of movement into closed session pursuant to Section 19.85(1)(c) considering

employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility.

7. Roll call vote to go into closed session.
