Pearl Street. The following agenda is announced:

-6:30 p.m. Call to order and roll call.

-Consider approval of minutes of previous meeting. (November 12 th , 2025)

-Treasurer’s report.

NEW BUSINESS. Possible action with respect to:

1. Jeff Seamandel, MSA, will be present to discuss multiple projects.

2. Discuss and approve Pay Application #1 for the Water Tower Rehabilitation project.

3. Discuss renewal of the Contingency Fund CD.

4. Consider Resolution #8-2025 approving the entities 2025 Tax Levies to be placed on the tax roll.

5. Appoint election officials for a 2-year appointment.

6. Consider employee holiday bonuses.

7. Consider an increase of board salaries.

8. Consider movement of Main Street camera feed to the police station.

9. Consider an application for a Picnic License for the Fish & Game Ice Fishing Contest.

10. Consideration of movement into closed session pursuant to Section 19.85(1)(c) considering

employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility.

11. Roll call vote to go into closed session.
