Please take notice that the Village Board of Trustees, Village of Rib Lake, Wisconsin, will meet in regular business session at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, October 14th, 2026, in the Community Meeting Room at 655 Pearl Street.  The following agenda is announced:

• 6:30 p.m. Call to order and roll call.

• Consider approval of minutes of previous meeting.  (September 9th, 2026)

• Treasurer’s report.

OLD BUSINESS CARRIED OVER. Possible action with respect to:

NEW BUSINESS. Possible action with respect to:

1. Consider the 2027 Proposed General Fund Budget Summary for publication and schedule the Public Hearing for adoption at the November meeting.

2. Discuss installing security cameras at the Ice Age Pavilion.

3. Discuss/Approve the cross-Connection Control Program.

4. Approve the purchase of a new dishwasher for the Senior Center.

5. Consider a Christmas for Kids donation.

6. Discuss the Lions installation of an LED electronic sign.

7. Discuss/Approve the 2027 Wastewater Treatment Plant Lab Services Contract.

8. Discuss/Approve the purchase of a generator at the Sewer Plant to replace the failing generator.

9. Discuss/Approve the replacement of both electronic boards for the influent pumps at the Sewer Plant.  

10. Consideration of movement into closed session pursuant to Section 19.85(1)(c) considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility and Section 19.85(1)(e) deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session.

11. Roll call vote to go into closed session.

12. Reconvene to open session to possibly act on matters from closed session.
