Public Meeting Notice and Agenda

Please take notice that the Village Board of Trustees, Village of Rib Lake, Wisconsin, will meet in regular business session at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 9 th , 2025, in the Community Meeting Room at 655 Pearl Street. The following agenda is announced:

-6:30 p.m. Call to order and roll call.

-Consider approval of minutes of previous meeting. (June 11 th , 2025)

-Treasurer’s report.

OLD BUSINESS CARRIED OVER. Possible action with respect to:

1. None

NEW BUSINESS. Possible action with respect to:

1. Consider closing of certain streets for Ice Age Days – August 8 th , 9 th , and 10 th .

2. Consider waiving the open container law for Ice Age Days – August 8 th , 9 th , and 10 th .

3. Consider Resolution 7-2025 authorizing the issuance and sale of up to $365,435 water system revenue bonds, Series 2025, and providing for other details and covenants with respect thereto, and approval of related $730,870 Financial Assistance Agreement.

4. Consider the sale of the Argo.

5. Consider pouring slabs for picnic tables near boat landings.

6. Consideration of movement into closed session pursuant to Section 19.85(1)(c) considering

employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility.

7. Roll call vote to go into closed session.

8. Reconvene to open session to possibly act on matters from closed session.
