  • The Village of Rib Lake is offering more options for your water/sewer/garbage bill. This is a quarterly billing with payments due on January 20th, April 20th, July 20th, and October 20th.

    Payment Options:

    In person (our office hours are 8:00 a.m. – Noon & 12:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday) or by dropping your payment off in the night deposit box at:

    Payments made by mail must arrive at our office by the due date to avoid late payment charges.

    Automatic Bank Pay:

    With automatic bank payment –

    You will still receive your quarterly bill.

    Your payment is automatically deducted four days (the 16th) before the due date – this allows your payments to be made on time if the 20th falls on a weekend. If the 16th falls on a weekend, payment will be made the following Monday.

    You never have to worry about forgetting a payment or mailing it on time.

    A Completed Automatic Bank Payment Application and a voided check/deposit slip are needed to set up this option. They can be dropped off or mailed to Village Hall at the addresses provided above.

    There is no fee for Automatic Bank Pay.

    Credit/Debit Card:

    The Village of Rib Lake uses AllPaid for utility customers to pay safely and securely with your credit/debit card.

    You can go to allpaid.com and enter Utility Payments – Rib Lake WI to make a payment online. There is a 2.95% service fee for all online payments. The minimum service fee is $1.00.

    AllPaid accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover credit cards.

    You can make payments by phone with your credit/debit card – 1.888.604.7888 – There is a 2.95% service fee for all phone payments. The minimum service fee is $1.00 plus $2.50 for operator assistance.

    You may also pay by credit/debit card at Village Hall – The same 2.95% service fee and $1.00 minimum fee will apply.
